1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and others.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, or logistics delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees (if any) will be shown clearly during checkout.
- Free shipping may apply on special promotions or minimum order values.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by:
- SMS or WhatsApp
You can track your order in real time using the provided tracking ID.
5. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery
PjTees will not be responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailable recipient
- Courier refusal due to local restrictions
If the order returns to us, we will contact you for re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
6. Damaged or Opened Package
If the package looks tampered, damaged, or opened, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos.
7. International Shipping
Currently, PjTees does not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
